Local Pref
The NELLICUS backbone makes use of the following local pref:

| 300 | Private Peering Routes |
| 200 | Public Peering Routes |
| 100 | Transit Routes |
By default, all received customer routes are assigned a local preference of 500 in the NELLLICUS Backbone. Customers can manipulate this preference using our BGP action communities:
